As every piece created by The Family Silver is entirely bespoke and made uniquely from your own fingerprints, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, making it impossible to resell or repurpose.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description and photograph of the issue, and we will do everything we can to put it right — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or alternative resolution.
We take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every single piece, and faults are exceptionally rare. If you have any concerns before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
As every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow up to four weeks from the date of your order for delivery. The time taken reflects the care and craftsmanship that goes into creating your bespoke piece — each one is made uniquely for you and cannot be rushed.
